The New Online Banking Experience.

From November 10 2013, you will need to create a Single User ID and Password to login to Citibank Online and Citi Mobile.

This new process allows you to view and manage all your Citibank accounts and cards with your Single User ID and Password.

How is this different from today?

Currently, different Accounts and Cards can be viewed with different Card Numbers and PINs (at login). This new enhancement from November 10 2013 enables you to view and manage all your Accounts and Cards with a Single User ID and Password.

How does this benefit you?

  • You don't have to login with your 16-digit Card Number.
  • You can create your own unique User ID and Password.

ACTION REQUIRED:

To register your Single User ID and Password from November 10 2013, you will need the following information:

If you have a Banking Account:

  • ATM Card Number (16-digit Card Number)
  • ATM PIN
  • Account Number (10-digit Account Number*)

*You may obtain this information by referring to your check book or your monthly banking statement.

For your Security:

  • Never share your User ID and Password.
  • User ID and Password requirements will ensure that they are not easily deciphered by other parties.

FAQs for Registration:

Single User ID based login allows you to login to Citibank Online and Citi Mobile with a Single User ID and Password of your choice. This Single User ID allows you to access all your accounts.

Currently, you access your Citibank accounts online through various Card Numbers and PINs including your ATM, Debit or Credit cards. This will be replaced with the Single User ID based login that allows you to access all accounts in one view.

If you currently bank with Citibank Online and Citi Mobile you will need to register for a Single User ID and Password from November 10 2013.

From November 10 2013, with this new login process, you will not need to remember the 16-digit Card Number and PIN for login.

No, all Citibank customers will only be able to access their accounts online with this Single User ID and Password from November 10 2013.

There is no impact to your accounts or statements.

There will be no impact to your actual accounts. However, the GVA functionality will be impacted. Please setup the Single User ID and Password before you re-register for GVA to view your accounts. If you require any assistance, please call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking at +65 6224 5757 .

You can register for your Single User ID and Password on Citibank Online (from November 10 2013 onwards).

For Citibank Online, please follow these steps:
Click on 'REGISTER'
Select your Account Type
Read and click 'I AGREE'
Provide the details to authenticate your account
Required Information:

  • ATM Card Number (16-digit Card Number)
  • ATM PIN
  • Account Number (10-digit Account Number)
*You may obtain this information by referring to your check book or your monthly banking statement.

Create your User ID and Password.
Confirmation of Registration

To ensure that your User ID is unique and secure, please follow these requirements in creating your Citibank Online User ID:

  1. Your User ID should not contain your credit card or ATM Card Number.
  2. Your User ID is alphanumeric (e.g. qwert145).
  3. Your User ID must contain more than 6 characters.
  4. Your User ID cannot contain 3 or more consecutive identical characters (e.g. "aaa101", "pwd999", "abbb10").
  5. Your User ID cannot contain 3 or more consecutive sequential characters (e.g. "abc007", "pwd123", "xx789xx").
NOTE: Your chosen User ID would be rejected if your User ID has been chosen by another user.

To ensure the security of your account, please follow these requirements in creating your Password:

  1. Your Password cannot be the same as your User ID.
  2. Your Password must be alphanumeric (e.g. qwert145).
  3. Your Password must contain more than 6 characters.
  4. Your Password cannot contain 3 or more consecutive identical characters (e.g. "aaa101", "pwd999", "abbb10").
  5. Your Password cannot contain 3 or more consecutive sequential characters (e.g. "abc007", "pwd123", "xx789xx").

Click on 'Forgot User ID' or 'Forgot Password' and follow the steps to reset your User ID and Password.

Yes. Go to Services > My Profile > Change Password / Change User ID to change your User ID or Password.
