You can find out how many Points you have in the following ways:
View your monthly banking statements.
Logon to Citibank Online.
Contact your Relationship Manager.
Your Points have a validity period of 12 months from the calendar year your Points are earned.
E.g. A: If your Points have been credited in May 2018, they will expire after December 31 2019.
E.g. B: If your Points have been credited in December 2018, they will expire after December 31 2019.
You can transfer to another account holder at International Personal Bank Singapore by contacting your Relationship Manager.

You may also choose to redeem your rewards via Citibank Online. Redemptions made via Citibank Online requires fewer Points. Alternatively, you may also contact your Relationship Manager.
You can redeem your Points for premium treats including air miles, shopping vouchers, hotel stays and unique lifestyle experiences.
Rewards voucher will be dispatched to your mailing address as per our records. For redemption of air miles, air miles will be credited directly to your air miles account.
Please allow 20 working days for delivery of your rewards voucher to your mailing address as per our records.
Postage or freight cost for the mailing of the rewards voucher will be borne by Citibank Singapore Ltd.
