If you hold India products with Citibank N.A. India, you can continue to log onto your online banking account through www.citinri.com using your existing User ID and password to view your India accounts.

If you have an existing DCA ATM card and existing ATM PIN, you can continue to access your accounts through the new CSL site by adding a prefix of "00" to your PIN. (E.g., Your current ATM pin '1234' will change to ''001234'). You may subsequently change your PIN.

If you do not have your DCA ATM card and/or PIN, please request for it by calling your Relationship Manager or our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking at + 65 6224 5757 now to ensure uninterrupted access in future.

If you have been active on CBOL, we will be sending you a new Online Security Device (OSD) with transaction signing capability shortly to enable you to transact online on IPB CBOL .The OSD provides stronger authentication capabilities and ensures greater security for your online banking transaction.
