We have now enhanced this feature, now known as "Kill Switch", which will allow you to instantly block your internet banking access, banking account(s) and Citi card(s).

An SMS and email notification will be sent after Kill Switch has been successfully activated. Our officers will thereafter contact you within 24 hours to guide you on the next steps to restore your access and accounts. However, if you need any immediate assistance, please contact our officers at our fraud hotline at +65 6337 5519.
