Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion is available to selected customers of Citibank Singapore Limited, International Personal Bank (“Citibank”). The Promotion is from April 1 2008 till December 31 2008 (“Promotion Period”).
2. To participate in this promotion, please bring in new funds of minimum US$50,000 (or equivalent) and maintain a minimum balance of US$150,000 (or equivalent) in your account for a minimum of 6 months. New funds must be remitted to and reach Citibank during the promotion period and be incremental to your balance with the bank for the past 6 months.
3. If the fresh funds are withdrawn within the stipulated period, Citibank reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the retail price of the gift.
4. The Promotion is applicable with selected marketing promotions and the respective terms and conditions apply.
5. The financial products that qualify for this promotion include investment funds, bonds, premium accounts and time deposits.
6. Customers can choose from either Starwood Vouchers or Points that can be redeemed under the Member Rewards Program. Member Rewards Program full terms and conditions apply.
7. Please allow a processing time of four to six weeks from time the funds reach Citibank for fulfillment of the gift.
8. In the event that gift is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Citibank reserves the right to substitute the same with products of similar value without prior notice.
9. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
