| How can I login to my account using the Citi Mobile application? |

| You can login to your account with your 16- digit ATM card number, ATM PIN and One-Time-PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile number registered with the bank. Please note that you will not be able to use the OTP generated by your Online Security Device (OSD) to login through Citi Mobile. |

| Citi Mobile Bank On The Move Promotion Terms and Conditions |
|
- The promotion period is from November 1 2011 to December 31 2011 ("Promotion Period").
- All Citibank Singapore Limited - International Personal Bank ("Citibank") customers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to participate ("Eligible Customers").
- Customers who login to their Citibank Account during the Promotion Period via the Citi Mobile application.
- The first 800 Eligible Customer will receive a limited edition pearl white mobile phone case with a detachable strap ("Gift") when he/she successfully logins to their account through the application during the Promotion Period.
- The Gift will be sent to the customer's home address in the bank's records within two months after the end of the Promotion Period (or such other date as Citibank may stipulate). Each customer will only be entitled to receive one Gift.
- An Eligible Customer's account must be in good standing and must not be closed prior to fulfillment of The Gift.
- Any benefit under this promotion shall not be transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit or in kind.
- An Eligible Customer will continue to be bound by the Citibank Singapore Limited - International Personal Bank terms and conditions.
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be final and binding. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to this promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- Citibank and its affiliates assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Customer's ability to participate in this promotion.
